Save a Word 2016 Document as a JPG GIF PNG BMP TIFF JPEG
This video will show you how to save a word document as a JPG/JPEG/GIF/PNG/BMP/TIFF. I will add that this can only be done one one page at a time. 1. Select all the text that you want to turn into a picture and select white in the shading options (if you miss this stage then you will end up with a black picture when saving as these files keep transparancy) 2. Now right click on the selected are and click on copy (or press CTRL + C) 3. Open a new blank document (CTRL + N) 4. Click on the home button on the ribbon and right click on the clear space at the end and select customise ribon, you will need to add a new group to the home tab then find the paste icon with an arrow to the right. 5. In the ribbon you will see a paste icon with an arrow below, click on this arrow and select paste special, in here you will have the option picture (Enhanced Metafile) and click OK. 6. Now you have your document in picture format right click and press on save picture as, from the drop down list and select the file format your require. I am not responsible for anything that happens on your machine and these tutorials are to be used at your own risk. If in doubt contact an IT professional.
